MIDDLE/SENIOR DATA ANALYST [Mexico]

 

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Middle/Senior Data Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is recognized as one of the fastest-growing influencer agencies worldwide in the US and in the mid-size agency segment. They help brands form authentic long-term relationships by building and cultivating influencer communities on their behalf. The client’s platform enables them to identify influencers for their brand partners, track progress, scale campaigns, measure success, and refine future activities. The team handles all shipping, logistics, communication, and strategy to create best-in-class influencer marketing programs. They have since worked with leading brands, including Google, Jimmy Choo, Loreal Paris, Amazon, and Lyft.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Statistical Modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.

  Expertise in enterprise data visualization tools (Looker, Sisense, etc.).
• Experience in Data Modeling in Excel.
• Experience with a programming or scripting language.
• Ability to work mainland US hours.
• Experience in working with an Agile team.
• Experience in working specifically with Looker as a data visualization tool.
• Experience in Python or other scripting languages (e.g., R, Julia, Ruby).
• Ability to intuitively understand performance metrics related to advertising campaigns.
• Experience with data pipeline management and tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Stitch.
• BA/BS in Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar technical discipline.
• Experience in Machine Learning.

Responsibilities:

• Identify reports, dashboards, and analyses needed by the business.
• Design and implement said reports, dashboards, and analysis.
• Analyze data and develop analytics for major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitch, etc.).
• Present actionable insights derived from your analysis.
• Be in the weeds manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large unstructured and structured datasets.

Will be a plus:

• Fluent in French to support the client’s European Office.
